• As we navigate the remaining days of 2020, let’s identify and enhance what is right rather than focusing on what is wrong. The body has a program built in that requires the operator (ourselves) to maintain it. When we forget, the body will warn us. If we mind the message and address the issue, it quickly resolves. However, if we ignore the warning, the body is programmed to disassemble itself and require the operator (ourselves) to rearrange and reassemble it to a higher level (taking 100 % responsibility for your life). Sound vibration and visualization are the perfect practice to ignite and amplify the feel-good feeling in all of us and maintain the light in our hearts for ourselves and humanity. Sound healing is an ancient practice based on the idea everything in the Universe is vibration, including our bodies. Sound healing works by sending sound waves throughout your body, reaching a parasympathetic state which brings harmony through frequency and resonance. Sound vibration helps restore your body’s balance, which in turn will enable you to heal physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, sweater, everything you need to be comfortable.
