In three parts, this workshop will provide guidance for everyone, whether you are an expert or clueless. We will explore:
- The purpose of meditation: It is to discover your inner self, inner strength, and well-being while releasing stress and calming fears;
- The various types of meditation: What each type produces; after each type is explained, hands-on practice will be performed to deepen the knowledge.
- What makes this workshop unique and effective? It will deliver an immediate impact going deep yet is simultaneously practical and applicable to everyday living.
A Certificate of Participation will be provided to each participant at the end of the workshop.
ABOUT THE PRESENTER: Janani Cleary is a certified meditation and self-awareness teacher who successfully demonstrates the benefits of this unique approach to meditation. She has been conducting sessions for a wide variety of people including, beginners and experts, teachers who would like to add to their practices in a variety of settings for several decades.
