In three parts, this workshop will provide guidance for everyone, whether you are an expert or clueless. We will explore:

  1. The purpose of meditation: It is to discover your inner self, inner strength, and well-being while releasing stress and calming fears;
  2. The various types of meditation: What each type produces; after each type is explained, hands-on practice will be performed to deepen the knowledge.
  3. What makes this workshop unique and effective? It will deliver an immediate impact going deep yet is simultaneously practical and applicable to everyday living.

A Certificate of Participation will be provided to each participant at the end of the workshop.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER: Janani Cleary is a certified meditation and self-awareness teacher who successfully demonstrates the benefits of this unique approach to meditation. She has been conducting sessions for a wide variety of people including, beginners and experts, teachers who would like to add to their practices in a variety of settings for several decades.
