Wed-HI Mindfulness Forums

Join us in the relaxing tones of the crystal bowls while engaging in gentle yoga and meditation with Tasha Shirley. Spend time opening the body with the breath and movement. Bring the mind and body into a harmonious state and induce a deep state of relaxation.

Some specifics and what you will need:

  • Yoga mat, blocks. Blosters, towels, or whatever props you need for your practice. (limited accessories available)
  • Pay at the door $18 per class; $15 for Elliott Museum Members
  • All classes are suited for all students whether you are new to yoga or an advance practitioner.
