Digital membership cards can be downloaded and saved to your smartphone so you never have to worry about losing your membership card or forgetting it at home. When you use your digital card, you’ll also reduce waste and your carbon footprint.

How do I add my membership card to my i-phone?

How do I View the Back Information of My Digital Membership Card?
To access the back of your Digital Membership Card, please follow the steps below:
iOS users:

Open your Digital Membership Card.

Tap on the
icon at the top right of the card. If you don’t see this icon, make sure you are not accessing the card from your lock screen.
Android users:
Wallet Passes App:

Open your Digital Membership Card.

Tap on the “i” icon at the bottom right of the card.
GPay: This format does not offer a back of the card. Instead, you will be able to see all the content on one side, by scrolling down to see additional information.
Does my Card Renew Automatically every year?

Memberships do not automatically renew. We’d be happy to help you renew your membership — simply give us a call at 772-225-1961 to speak with one of our friendly Guest Services staff, or visit us in person at the Elliott Museum or House of Refuge front desk. I downloaded my card but cannot find it
If you have an iPhone, the card will automatically download to Apple Wallet. Check the app for your new card (scroll through any cards that are already there–it may be hiding!). If you have an Android, you’ll need to download Wallet Passes from the Play Store prior to downloading the card.
Can I use my digital card to receive reciprocal benefits when I visit other NARM/SERM museums?
Yes, if you have a Family Level membership or higher, your digital card works just like your physical membership card in this regard.
I never received a link to download my card

I renewed my membership, but my digital card did not update
Security settings on your phone can prevent the update from going through. If your card still reflects the old expiration date, please contact our membership team at [email protected], and we will email you the link to download a new digital card. If you do not receive an email, please call us at (772) 225-1961, and a team member will be happy to assist you.
My name or Membership Level is wrong
Please contact our membership team at [email protected], and we will fix the error. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please call us at (772) 225-1961, and a team member will be happy to assist you.
Do all adults associated with the membership receive a digital card?
Yes. If a membership with two members has only one email on record, only one digital card will be sent. If you do not have a secondary email, please contact our membership team at [email protected], and we will email you the link or provide instructions on sharing your card. If you do not receive an email, please call us at (772) 225-1961, and a team member will be happy to assist you.
I’d prefer not to use this digital membership card, what should I do?
