When a powerful summer thunderstorm rolled over the Elliott Museum, we weren’t quite sure what to expect. As it turned out, the weather only made the evening more memorable.

Nearly 30 enthusiastic members braved the rain to join us for an exclusive behind-the-scenes Member Mixer featuring the fascinating Boomerang Car Racking System. The evening was filled with laughter, great conversation, and a rare opportunity to learn more about one of the Elliott Museum’s most iconic attractions, the BOOMERANG Car Racking System.

A special thank you goes to Kevin McInerney, whose passion, expertise, and engaging stories made the experience unforgettable. Members had the opportunity to ask questions, gain insider knowledge, and enjoy a behind-the-scenes perspective that few visitors ever get to experience.

The feedback afterward was overwhelmingly positive, with many members sharing just how much fun they had and how much they appreciated the unique program. Even Mother Nature couldn’t keep our members away!
