Ashley Gang Exhibit Docent Experience

Friday, May 1  |  1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Celebrate Historic Preservation Month with a special series of immersive experiences at the Elliott Museum. Every Friday in May, guests are invited to step beyond the exhibit and engage directly with expert docents and historians who bring our collections to life.

From the legends of the Ashley Gang to the elegance of Frances Langford, each afternoon offers a unique opportunity to explore the stories that shaped the Treasure Coast and beyond…Let’s start this Friday with the Ashley Gang!

Step into the wild and captivating world of Florida’s most infamous outlaw gang.

Join historian and docent Steve Carr as he brings the story of the Ashley Gang to life—sharing the legends, truths, and intrigue that surround this notorious group. Enhanced by a special selection of artifacts on display, this experience offers a deeper look at one of the Treasure Coast’s most compelling chapters.

If you’re drawn to stories of rebellion, mystery, and local history, this is a Friday you won’t want to miss.

Join us every Friday in May from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM. Admission is included with regular museum entry. This isn’t a lecture… it’s a conversation with history.

During our Expert Docent Series in May, knowledgeable docents are stationed right inside a specific exhibit on Friday between 1 PM and 4 PM, ready to share stories, answer your questions, and reveal the details most visitors never get to hear.

ALL EXHIBITS ARE INCLUDED WITH REGULAR ADMISSIONS
