The Captain’s Corner: Derek Jeter’s Journey from Kalamazoo to the Elliott

Ever since Derek Jeter exploded onto the baseball scene in the early 1990’s, Patrick Armstrong and his son Brian began collecting “all things” Derek Jeter and have amassed a fascinating collection of the star’s memorabilia. The Armstrongs are sharing their prized collection in a new exhibit which will feature items and images that will commemorate Jeter’s remarkable career.

Derek Jeter is a five-time World Series champion with the Yankees, Jeter is regarded as a central contributor to the franchise’s dynasty during the late 1990s and early 2000s for his hitting, base-running, fielding, and leadership.
