Every Tuesday at 2 PM, I am offering a virtual live sound meditation on Facebook/deenarahill with the intention to gather the collective hearts to beat as one, bringing awareness from our minds to our hearts.
During the vibrational sounds of the Crystal Bowls, you have an opportunity to harmonize your heart & Mind, aligning every cell in your body by opening the Energies of the body also called chakras, there are 7

- Solar
- HEART
- Throat
- Third Eye
- Crown
The first 3 centers are survival energies, and the heart is the center, the upper 3 are healing and creativity centers.
Each Crystal Bowl resonates at their own individual tone, by using these bowls we are able to target specific areas of the body, we are able to cleanse or unblock energy centers ( Chakra) with just using the sounds, harmonizing our bodies.
